What will be deleted?

Once your email address and password are verified, your AdSiF Studio account deletion process will begin.

User account and session information
Project and model files you created or uploaded
Simulation outputs and reports
User workspace data
Active service sessions
Technical information used for notifications or access

Some records may be retained for a limited period due to legal obligations, security requirements, payment or subscription disputes, accounting records, or legal claims.

Deleting your AdSiF Studio account may not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop recurring payments, cancel your subscription separately through the relevant store account.

You can delete your simulation models, project files, scenarios, outputs, and similar user content from your AdSiF Studio cloud file system without deleting your account.
