This Privacy Policy applies to the AdSiF Studio mobile and web application (“App”)
and the cloud-based simulation, project, and workspace services provided through AdSiF Studio.
The App is provided by AGENA BİLİŞİM VE SAVUNMA TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ
(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
AdSiF Studio allows users to access cloud-based project workspaces and VNC/remote desktop modeling environments,
use supported simulation and model development tools, and create and manage simulation models, project files,
workspace content, output files, reports, and similar user content.
1) Information We Process
- Account information: Name, surname, email address, user account information, and account status.
- Authentication and session information: Information required for sign-in and account access. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
- Purchase and subscription information: Product or subscription type, product ID, transaction ID, purchase date, subscription status, and purchase validation information provided by the App Store or Google Play.
- Payment card information: We do not collect or store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or card expiration dates. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play payment systems.
- User content: Project files, workspace content, simulation models, model files, plugin/module files, scenarios, settings, output files, reports, and other content created, uploaded, modified, or deleted by the user.
- Cloud/ECS service usage information: Cloud workspace, VNC/remote desktop session, and model development server start and end time, session duration, service status, resource usage records, error records, and limited technical records required for service continuity.
- Notification information: Push notification tokens may be processed if notifications are used in the App.
- In-app purchase management information: Limited information required for product access, purchase validation, subscription status, and entitlement management through purchase/subscription management providers such as Adapty.
- Device and app identifiers: Device-level or app-level identifiers may be processed for purchase validation, subscription/entitlement management, service security, abuse prevention, technical error analysis, basic usage analytics, and service continuity. This may include the “Device or other IDs” category in Android/Google Play Data Safety disclosures.
- Support requests: Messages, descriptions, screenshots, or attachments shared during support communications.
2) How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
- To verify subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- To use device or app identifiers for purchase validation, subscription/entitlement management, basic usage analytics, security checks, and abuse prevention.
- To provide access to purchased or subscribed services.
- To provide cloud-based simulation, project, VNC/remote desktop, model development, and workspace services.
- To store and make available user project files, workspace content, and simulation outputs.
- To allow users to add, modify, delete, and manage their own cloud project, workspace, model, plugin/module, scenario, output, and similar content.
- To ensure service security, access control, and prevention of misuse.
- To analyze technical errors, maintain the service, provide support, and improve service quality.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3) Cloud-Based Workspace and File Service
AdSiF Studio provides cloud-based project and workspace environments. Users may create, upload, download,
modify, and delete project files, model files, workspace content, scenarios, reports, and output files under their own account.
- Cloud work environments are used to provide the service.
- Project/workspace files created or uploaded by users may be stored to provide the service.
- Users may delete or re-add content inside their own cloud file system.
- Files deleted by users are deleted, anonymized, or disconnected from the user account, except where limited retention is necessary for service operation, backups, legal obligations, or legitimate reasons.
- The user is responsible for ensuring that files and content uploaded to the service are lawful.
Remote desktop/VNC, model development environments, and third-party software:
AdSiF Studio may provide users with access to cloud-hosted VNC/remote desktop based modeling and model development environments.
These environments may include open-source or third-party modeling tools, company-developed plugins/modules,
working files, project data, and user-specific cloud workspace content.
Third-party open-source software such as Modelio Open Source and related components are subject to their own license terms.
Fees charged within AdSiF Studio are not intended as the sale of a third-party software license; they may relate to cloud runtime,
ECS/compute resource usage, storage, company-developed plugin/module functionality, service access, and technical support.
Users are responsible for having the necessary rights to the files, models, plugins, modules, data, and content they upload to their cloud workspace.
All rights in third-party trademarks, software, and open-source components remain with their respective owners.
4) Payments, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases
AdSiF Studio may offer subscriptions and in-app purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play.
Payment transactions are processed by the relevant platform’s payment infrastructure.
- We do not collect or store users’ full payment card information.
- We may process product ID, transaction ID, subscription status, and limited purchase information provided by the relevant platform to validate purchases.
- Subscription cancellation, refunds, and payment method management are handled through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Deleting your AdSiF Studio account may not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription.
5) Third-Party Services and Sharing
AdSiF Studio may use cloud infrastructure providers, VNC/remote desktop and model development environment components,
app store payment infrastructures, purchase/subscription management providers such as Adapty, and technical service providers to operate the service.
These providers may process only the data necessary for providing the service, managing cloud runtime and entitlements,
validating payments, subscription/entitlement analytics, security checks using device or app identifiers, providing support, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent users’ personal data to third parties unless legally required.
6) Advertising, Tracking, and Analytics
AdSiF Studio does not use an advertising tracking system designed to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Purchase/subscription management services such as Adapty may be used for in-app purchase validation, subscription status,
entitlement management, service access, basic subscription/usage analytics, and security. Device-level or app-level identifiers may be processed for these purposes; they are not used for third-party advertising tracking.
Data categories aligned with App Store / Google Play privacy disclosures:
Based on the current operation of AdSiF Studio, the main data categories processed include name and surname,
email address, user account ID, purchase/subscription information, device-level or app-level identifiers, files/model/workspace content created or uploaded by users,
and cloud/VNC service usage records. The App is not designed for advertising, user-to-user messaging,
broad public distribution of user-generated content, or third-party advertising tracking.
7) Location, Camera, Microphone, and Bluetooth
- Location: AdSiF Studio does not collect GPS or precise location data for its core functionality.
- Camera: Camera access is not required for the core functionality of the App.
- Microphone: Microphone access is not required for the core functionality of the App.
- Bluetooth: Bluetooth access is not required for the core functionality of the App.
8) Where Data Is Stored and International Transfers
Due to AdSiF Studio’s technical infrastructure, cloud services, payment validation, and app store services,
personal data may be processed and stored on servers located in Türkiye or outside Türkiye.
9) Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data and user content.
These measures may include encrypted communication, access control, authentication, authorization, and protection against unauthorized access.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and access information.
10) Data Retention
- Account information is retained as long as your account remains active.
- Purchase and subscription records may be retained for payment validation, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.
- Device-level or app-level identifiers may be retained for purchase/subscription validation, security, abuse prevention, basic analytics, and service continuity for as long as necessary for those purposes.
- User project files, workspace content, and simulation outputs may be retained while the user account is active or until deleted by the user.
- Support requests may be retained for the duration necessary to provide support and resolve possible disputes.
- After an account deletion request, personal data is deleted, anonymized, or disconnected from the user account, unless retention is required by law or legitimate reasons.
11) Account and Data Deletion Requests
In-app account deletion:
You can request deletion of your AdSiF Studio account and personal data associated with your account
after signing in to the App by following Sidebar > Account Settings > Delete Account.
Managing user content:
AdSiF Studio may allow users to add, modify, remove, or re-add their own project files, workspace content,
model files, scenarios, outputs, and similar user content through the file management features provided in the App.
This is a user content management action and is separate from deleting the account or deleting all personal data associated with the account.
To delete the account and account-related personal data, users should use the Sidebar > Account Settings > Delete Account flow
or the web account deletion page.
Alternative request by email:
Alternatively, you may request account and data deletion by sending an email from your registered email address to
[email protected]
.
We recommend using the subject line “AdSiF Studio – Account and Data Deletion Request”.
Data that may be deleted, disabled, anonymized, or disconnected from the user account as part of account deletion:
- User account and session information,
- Project files and workspace content created or uploaded by the user,
- Simulation outputs and reports,
- User workspace, model, plugin/module, and cloud file system data,
- Active service sessions,
- Technical information used for notification or access purposes.
After your account and data deletion request is approved, unless there is a legal reason preventing deletion,
access to your account will be disabled and account-related personal data will be deleted, anonymized,
or disconnected from your user account within 30 days.
Important note about subscriptions:
Deleting your AdSiF Studio account may not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription.
To stop recurring billing, cancel your subscription separately through the relevant store account.
12) User Content
AdSiF Studio may allow users to create, upload, download, modify, and delete project files,
workspace content, model files, scenarios, settings, and output files.
- Users should upload files containing personal data or confidential information of third parties only if they have the necessary authorization.
- User content is not used except for providing the service, technical support, security, and legal compliance.
- If unlawful content or content that violates third-party rights is detected, access may be restricted or the relevant content may be removed.
13) Children’s Privacy
AdSiF Studio is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
14) Your Rights
Depending on applicable laws, you may have rights to request information, access, correction, deletion, objection to processing, and other rights regarding your personal data.
15) Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
