2. Where the purchase was made matters
Apple App Store purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple.
Refund requests, cancellations, and payment method changes must be handled through your Apple account or Apple support.
We cannot directly refund App Store transactions unless Apple provides the required mechanism or authorization.
Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are billed by Google.
Refund requests, cancellations, and payment method changes are generally handled through your Google Play account or Google support.
For some Google Play purchases, we may provide an in-app or web account refund review / billing support flow. If such a flow is available, refund eligibility may be reviewed based on the purchase channel, Google Play rules, mandatory consumer rights in force, and whether the purchased product has been used.
For consumable digital products such as CPU-hour credits purchased through Google Play, a refund review may be available if the purchased credits are unused. Refunds may be denied or limited for partially or fully used CPU-hour credits; verified platform errors, technical defects, and mandatory consumer rights in force are reserved.
We cannot directly refund Google Play transactions unless Google provides the required mechanism or authorization. If a refund, revoke, or chargeback is approved through Google Play, the related CPU-hour credits may be removed from your account.
Mobile purchase management and Adapty
We may use Adapty or similar authorized subscription and purchase management service providers to verify mobile in-app purchases, manage subscription status, grant consumable product entitlements, monitor refund/revoke/chargeback events, and process consumption information that may be used in refund reviews.
For mobile purchases managed through Adapty, final payment, billing, and refund processing depends on the platform where the purchase was made. Apple makes the final refund decision for App Store purchases. Google Play refund decisions or platform-originated revoke/chargeback processes may be subject to Google Play rules.
In case of a refund, revoke, or chargeback, subscription access, CPU-hour credits, or other digital entitlements granted by the related purchase may be removed from your account. If those entitlements have already been used, your account may show a negative balance or new cloud sessions may be temporarily restricted.
Web and desktop purchases through Paddle
Web and desktop purchases may be processed by Paddle or a similar authorized payment provider.
For Paddle purchases, Paddle may appear on your bank statement and may assist with billing, invoices, taxes, cancellations, and refund processing.
For web and desktop purchases processed by Paddle, refund, withdrawal, cancellation, payment dispute, tax refund, and chargeback processes are handled under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.

AdSiF Studio support may assist with product access, delivery, technical support, account matching, and review of usage records. Where necessary for refund review or platform compliance, purchase, delivery, and usage information may be shared with Paddle.
For purchases processed by Paddle, payment refunds are handled through Paddle processes. Unless Paddle states otherwise, we do not provide a direct or duplicate payment refund for the same transaction.
If Paddle approves a refund, revoke, or chargeback, product access, CPU-hour credits, or other digital entitlements provided by the related purchase may be removed from your account.
You may contact us at [email protected] or use the billing support/customer portal provided at checkout.
3. Web and desktop subscriptions
Refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, and billing support for web and desktop subscriptions are handled according to the payment provider used for the purchase. For purchases processed by Paddle, the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy apply.
Subscription renewals, cancellation timing, and billing support are handled through the applicable platform, payment provider, receipt link, account portal, or support process.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
4. CPU-hour credits
CPU-hour credits are digital usage credits used only inside AdSiF Studio for controlled simulations, cloud sessions, remote desktop access, or related digital services. CPU-hour credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money outside an approved refund process.
Purchased CPU-hour credits do not automatically expire merely because they are unused, as long as the related service continues to be provided and the user account remains active. Purchased CPU-hour credits decrease only as they are consumed during the relevant cloud session or service usage.
Free, trial, promotional, referral, campaign, or gift usage hours have no cash value and are not refundable. These usage rights may be subject to campaign terms, abuse-prevention limits, or usage conditions that may be communicated in advance.
For purchases not processed by Paddle, refund requests for purchased and unused CPU-hour credits may be reviewed within 14 days of purchase. A request within this period does not create an automatic or unconditional refund right in every case. The review may consider the purchase channel, platform rules, payment provider rules, mandatory consumer rights in force, and whether the CPU-hour credits have been used.
For purchases not processed by Paddle, when a cloud session is started, remote desktop access is used, or CPU-hour consumption begins, refund rights may be limited for the used or consumed portion. The used or consumed portion of CPU-hour credits, including CPU-hour usage from started cloud sessions or remote desktop access, may not be refundable unless caused by a verified platform error, technical defect, or mandatory consumer rights in force.
For purchases not processed by Paddle, in case of partial use, any refundable amount may be calculated only based on purchased and unused CPU-hour credits. Free, trial, promotional, referral, or gift usage hours are not included in this calculation.
If a refund, revoke, or chargeback is approved by a platform or payment provider, CPU-hour credits granted by the refunded purchase may be removed from the user's account. If those CPU-hour credits have already been used, the user's account may show a negative balance or new cloud sessions may be temporarily restricted.
If AdSiF Studio permanently terminates the CPU-hour based cloud service, then, subject to the relevant purchase channel, payment provider or platform rules, and applicable law, a proportional refund, equivalent alternative service right, or another reasonable remedy may be offered for purchased but unused CPU-hour credits.
5. Offline desktop licenses
Offline desktop licenses are digital software licenses delivered electronically.
Refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, and billing support for offline desktop licenses processed by Paddle are handled under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.
For offline desktop license purchases not processed by Paddle, refund availability may depend on the purchase channel, payment provider rules, applicable law, delivery status, license key generation, download, activation, use, duplicate charges, and any serious and verified technical defect.
6. Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue, contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to fix the issue.
Please include your account email, purchase date, order or transaction ID if available, product name, and a description of the problem.
Where a confirmed issue caused by our systems prevents reasonable access to a paid service and cannot be resolved, we may offer a technical fix, access correction, extension, credit restoration, replacement license, or another appropriate in-product remedy.
For purchases processed by Paddle, refund, withdrawal, and payment refund requests are handled under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Where necessary, we may share technical issue, delivery, and usage records with Paddle.
7. Non-refundable cases
For purchases not processed by Paddle, refunds may be denied or limited in cases including:
The used or consumed portion of CPU-hour credits, including CPU-hour usage from started cloud sessions or remote desktop access, unless caused by a verified platform error, technical defect, or mandatory consumer rights.
Activated, downloaded, used, or license-key-generated offline licenses where revocation is not reasonably possible.
Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, account sharing, license bypass attempts, or violation of our Terms.
Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before renewal, except where required by law or platform rules.
Requests made outside the applicable refund period.
8. Refund data and usage records
For refund, revoke, chargeback, fraud prevention, and abuse-prevention purposes, we may use our internal purchase records, CPU-hour usage records, cloud session logs, delivery records, and account activity records.
Where necessary for refund review or platform compliance, we may share relevant purchase, delivery, usage, consumption, and refund-related information with the applicable platform or payment provider, including Apple, Google Play, Paddle, Adapty, or other authorized service providers, as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.
For Apple App Store purchases, this may include information used to help Apple evaluate whether an in-app purchase was delivered, fully consumed, partially consumed, or unused. Apple makes the final refund decision for App Store purchases.
9. Complaints and disputes
You may send complaints to [email protected]. We aim to review complaints within a reasonable time and respond as soon as possible. Any legal remedies you have as a consumer are reserved.
10. How to request a refund
If you want to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, you may send your withdrawal decision through a clear statement. For purchases billed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Paddle, the refund or withdrawal request may need to be submitted through the applicable platform, payment provider, receipt link, account portal, or support process. You may also contact us for assistance, but the final processing of the refund may be handled by the relevant platform or payment provider.
Although not required, including the information below in your withdrawal/refund request can help us process it faster.

If local law requires a different outcome, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
