2. Services
AdSiF Studio provides software and cloud-assisted simulation services, including project workspaces, VNC/remote desktop environments, supported simulation and modeling tools, desktop software access, CPU-hour based cloud sessions, online desktop subscriptions, and offline desktop licenses.
Some features may be free with limitations, such as a free desktop model limit. Paid subscriptions or licenses may unlock additional usage rights.
3. Accounts
You may need an AdSiF Studio account to use cloud services, subscriptions, desktop online licenses, and workspace features.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate account and billing information where required.
You may request account deletion through the app, the web account deletion page, or by contacting support.
4. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing
Mobile app purchases
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android mobile applications may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable store rules and account settings.
Web and desktop purchases
Web and desktop purchases, including online desktop subscriptions and offline desktop licenses, may be processed through Paddle or similar authorized payment and billing providers.
For web and desktop orders placed through Paddle, the order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. For orders placed through Paddle, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record / registered seller. Paddle may handle payment processing, billing, taxes, customer billing support, refunds, and chargeback processes under Paddle terms and applicable law.
Prices, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and total charges are shown at checkout before purchase.
CPU-hour credits
CPU-hour credits are used only inside AdSiF Studio for controlled simulation and cloud sessions. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Usage hours may include free hours, trial hours, referral/promotional hours, or purchased CPU-hour credits.
Purchased CPU-hour credits do not automatically expire merely because they are unused, as long as the related service continues to be provided and the user account remains active. Purchased CPU-hour credits decrease only as they are consumed during cloud sessions, remote desktop access, or related digital service usage.
For purchases processed by Paddle, refund, withdrawal, cancellation, and payment dispute processes are handled under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. CPU-hour usage and consumption records may be shared with the relevant payment provider for refund review or platform compliance.
For purchases not processed by Paddle, refund requests for purchased and unused CPU-hour credits are reviewed according to our Refund Policy, the rules of the purchase channel, payment provider terms, and any mandatory consumer rights in force.
Free, trial, promotional, or referral usage hours may be subject to campaign terms, shorter validity periods, cancellation terms, abuse-prevention limitations, or usage conditions that may be changed with advance notice. These free or promotional usage hours have no cash value and are not refundable.
For purchases not processed by Paddle, when a cloud session is started, remote desktop access is used, or CPU-hour consumption begins, refund rights may be limited for the used or consumed portion; mandatory consumer rights in force and applicable platform rules are reserved.
If the Company permanently terminates the AdSiF Studio CPU-hour based cloud service and the user has purchased but unused CPU-hour credits, then, subject to applicable law, the relevant purchase channel, payment provider, or platform rules, a proportional refund, equivalent alternative service right, or another reasonable remedy may be offered for the unused purchased CPU-hour credits.
The proportional refund amount is calculated based on the amount actually paid for the relevant purchase package and the unused purchased CPU-hour amount. Usage hours granted for free, trial, promotional, referral, or gift purposes are not included in this calculation.
Offline desktop licenses
Offline desktop licenses are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Before checkout or delivery, we may ask you to confirm that the offline license is delivered electronically and, where permitted by law, may not be refundable after a license key is generated, downloaded, activated, or used, except where mandatory legal rights or technical defect remedies apply.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the platform or payment provider used for purchase.
Deleting your AdSiF Studio account may not automatically cancel subscriptions started through Apple App Store, Google Play, Paddle, or another payment provider.
5. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms and any applicable product-specific terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use AdSiF Studio for your own internal, educational, research, engineering, or business purposes.
